Lovesick: The Box Purse

This is the box purse! Made from a luxurious vintage red velvet tapestry fabric with metallic gold rose print. Inside is a soft olive green vintage velvet. I've added a vintage mirror inside, trimmed in gold of course. Each piece is blanket stitched by hand, then I've crocheted around each piece with black yarn to make the colors pop, then the pieces are crocheted together. I've finished this one off with a dainty little edge crochet stitch in a metallic gold crochet thread for a subtle sparkle. I also added black ruffles around the top with the same crochet edge stitch in gold. This has a weighted dangle closure with a heavy gold tone rose medallion. So beautiful. All bags are made with reclaimed materials, most of which are vintage down to the thread! I put an incredible amount of thought, time, love and good energy into each of these bags, they take days to make and each one is one-of-a-kind! They are very durable and will fit quite alot inside! I hope you love them as much as I do.
